Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of company secretarial duties and related works for private companies
• Responsible for maintaining proper statutory records
• Assist in ad-hoc assignments

Requirements:

• Diploma holder with professional training in company secretarial and administration
• Student member of the HKICS/ICSA
• Minimum 3 years’ solid company secretarial experience gained from professional firms.
• Well-versed in Companies Ordinance and company secretarial practice for Hong Kong and overseas companies
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese
• High proficiency in PC operations such as CSA, MS Word & Excel and Chinese word processing
• A team player with positive attitude, good organization skills and detail-minded

(Candidates with less experience will be considered as Company Secretarial Assistant)
