(5-day work) Project Officer / Clerk

You will work in a Government Department as a Project Officer / Clerk.

Responsibilities: 

1. Process and vet applications
2. Monitor project implementation and vet project report
3. Assist in preparing papers and notes for meetings
4. Plan and organise briefings and events
5. Reserve venues and assist in venue set-up and other logistical work for meetings, briefing sessions and other publicity events
6. Monitor the spending position on the project vote and assist in the disbursement of funds
7. Assist in updating the content of website and answering enquiries 

Requirements:

• Degree holder
• 5 passes including Chinese & English in HKCEE
• 3-year full-time working experience
• Applicants with less qualifications and experience will be considered for the post of Clerk
• Immediate availability is highly preferred

This is a 1-year contract.
Work in Kowloon Tong.
Usually work from Mon – Fri
