Job Description

Duties

Prepare vouchers and arrange payments
Assist in preparation of expenses claims reimbursements and AP related functions
Reconcile the intercompany transactions
Assist in handling general routine accounting functions and ad-hoc assignments

Qualifications

Diploma or Degree holder in accounting
3 years work experience in accounting or related field
Proficiency in MS Office.
Well organized, details oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
Hardworking, positive and a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
Immediately available preferred
