Job Description
Duties
- Prepare vouchers and arrange payments
- Assist in preparation of expenses claims reimbursements and AP related functions
- Reconcile the intercompany transactions
- Assist in handling general routine accounting functions and ad-hoc assignments
Qualifications
- Diploma or Degree holder in accounting
- 3 years work experience in accounting or related field
- Proficiency in MS Office.
- Well organized, details oriented, self-motivated and ability to work under pressure
- Hardworking, positive and a good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
- Good in spoken and written English and Chinese
- Immediately available preferred
