Responsibilities

• To carry out tendering exercise related to office services, e.g. office supplies, office equipment, printing services, cleaning services, courier services,  etc.
• To handle office procurement process.
• To handle mailing services in compliance with company guidelines and procedures.
• To handle reception counter services and ticket booking services.
• Processing sales related documents and filing.
• Providing support to sales team, including wine proposal, sales contract and tent card design according to company policy.
• Assist in Marketing Events
• Assist for the shipment declaration processes
• Coordinating with customers enquiries and follow up orders
• To handle ad hoc projects and tasks assign by supervisor

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in Business administration or any relevant disciplines
• Competent use of computing software (MS Office)
• Minimum of 2 years experience as supporting staff, assistant / project coordinator
• Experience in I/E shipping documents handling will be an advantage
• Excellent in managing documentation and correspondence
• Good command of English, Chinese
• Immediate available is preferred
