Job Description

 

Job Duties

  • Handling telephone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner

  • Responsible for meeting room booking

  • Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, such as documents and courier services

  • Provide office administrative and clerical support

  • Assist ad hoc assignment as require

 

 

Requirements

  • Form 5 or Diploma or above

  • At least 2 years related working experience

  • Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

  • Well-organized and responsible

  • Immediate available is preferred
