Job Duties

Handling telephone calls and greeting visitors in a professional manner

Responsible for meeting room booking

Coordinate incoming and outgoing mails, such as documents and courier services

Provide office administrative and clerical support
- Assist ad hoc assignment as require
Requirements

Form 5 or Diploma or above

At least 2 years related working experience

Good command of Cantonese, English and Mandarin

Well-organized and responsible

Immediate available is preferred
