Duties

• Provide full range of secretarial support
• Report directly to senior management
• Able to handle business correspondence, prepare and co-ordinate business summaries, reports and presentation materials
• Handle ad hoc assignments timely, independently and professionally
• Assist in projects running till completion of delivery / installation

Requirement

• Over 3 years working experience
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Working experience in retail industry preferred
• Willing to work overtime and under intensive pressure
• Self-motivated, proactive and detail-minded, excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Multi-tasking, detail-oriented, innovative, organized, pleasant, outgoing personality
