Job Description

Reporting to the Assistant Vice President, the incumbent is responsible for opening and closure of investment or custodial accounts with brokers, banks, global custodian and trustee
He/she is also required to handle and respond to requests from counterparts related to account opening, to perform duties related to accounting function for our funds including data entry, update security prices and Net Asset Value reconciliation, to co-ordinate with counterparts to resolve settlement issues related to FX, ETF, deposits, equities and Fixed Income
University graduates in Accounting / Finance / Business Administration with a minimum of 2 years’ working experience in fund administration or security settlement. Having practical experience in opening of investment or custodial account is a definite advantage
Efficient and accurate processing of operational functions with strong sense of responsibility
Familiar with MS office applications such as Microsoft Word, Excel and Chinese word processing
Hands on experience with Bloomberg or Reuters
Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
