Responsibilities- Drive sales at all department store counters and standalone shops
- Initiate and execute sales promotion in order to achieve sales targets
- Standalone shop and department store operation management
- Work closely with HR to recruit the best frontline sales
- Responsible for data analysis, sales tracking, targets and BA’s KPIs
- Responsible for store planning and visual merchandising
- Work closely with Sales & Marketing Director and Country Manager on expansion strategy
- Competition analysis; identify best locations to place company brands
Requirements- At least 8 years working experience in the retail and operations management of beauty, FMCG, fashion or related industries
- With solid experience in operating standalone stores
- Able to collaborate well with team members
- Good interpersonal and communication skills
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Resourceful, committed and with a lot of initiation
- Independent and able to work under pressure, especially in driving top line sales
