Job Description
Responsibilities
- Provide support and handle all Administrative, Property Management, Leasing issues, also assist in ad hoc projects or any works as assigned
- Handle decision making and report to Top Management
- Able to handle English & Chinese correspondence independently, including drafts, recaps, reports and presentation
- Need to construct documents such as maintenance schedule, proposal, and analysis in the field of Building/Property Management
- Organize meetings, including preparation of agendas, meeting materials and minutes recording in both Chinese and English
Required Qualification & Experience
- University graduates preferably in Property Management, Business Administration or equivalents
- Minimum of 5 years practical working experience in Managerial level of Property Management and Leasing field is a MUST
- Experienced in managing commercial and entertainment complex is highly preferred
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing (倉頡)
- Good command of English and Chinese (both spoken and written)
- Mature, well-organized, detailed-minded with a strong sense of responsibility
- Able to work independently and under pressure
