Major Responsibilities

• Development of human resources management policies
• Training project implementation and ad hoc tasks assigned
• Building SY culture and create an environment where employees can work effectively with high motivation
• Play a key and proactive role in the formulation and administration.
  

Requirements

• University graduate in relevant disciplines
• At least 3 years extensive and substantial management experience of a full spectrum of human resources and administration at senior level in manufacturing and retailing organization
• Experience in retail or F & B industry is an advantage
• Remarkable ability to motivate colleagues under supervision, good team builder and player
• Self-driven, aggressive and resourceful problem solver with sense of urgency and excellent time management
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of written and spoken Cantonese, English and Putonghua
• Immediate available is preferable
