Responsibilities:

• Prepare annual statutory accounts and consolidated financial reports
• Review and enhance existing financial and reporting process
• Perform accounts analysis and reconciliations
• Liaise with auditors for annual statutory auditing
• Handle tax compliance matter
• Review and analyse the manufacturing plants’ performance
• Review and ensure all accounting policies and procedures are implemented according to Group’s guideline
• Participate in ad hoc assignment as required

Requirements:

• Degree in Accounting
• Associate of ACCA/HKICPA
• Minimum 8 years hands on experience, commercial experience gained from a HK listed company engaged in manufacturing/electronic industry is preferred
• Experience in PRC tax regulations and accounting is an added advantage
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and interpersonal skills
• Mature, highly committed, self-motivated and a good team player
• Capable of working under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong command in spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin)
• Frequent travel is required
• Less experience will be considered as Accountant
