Job Responsibilities:

• Providing routine secretarial support to the Trading Desk team
• Arranging and coordinating internal and external meetings and booking internal meeting rooms
• Preparing presentation materials and processing PowerPoint presentations
• Responsible for producing business reports
• Coordinating and booking travel arrangements and organizing travel visa
• Assisting in any other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the Manager

Job Requirements:

• Degree holder / Diploma holder with secretarial training is highly preferred
• Minimum 3 years relevant working experience in commodity trading is essential
• Able to prioritize and work under pressure with flexibility and handle multi-tasks in a fast paced environment
• Excellent command in written and verbal English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Excellent IT skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel and Powerpoint
• Excellent organization, writing and interpersonal skills
• Preference will be given to candidates with strong work ethics, high level of integrity and strong sense of responsibility
