Key Responsibilities:

• Fund accounting
• Coordinate reporting and year-end financial statements for the funds
• Lead the compliance monitoring functions
• Act as liaison with auditors
• Fund Administration
• Compile quarterly fund NAV
• Assist in the preparation of quarterly fund financial statements and investor reporting package
• Prepare capital call, distributions and monitor cash flow
• Office management
• Take responsibility for HR matters (MPF, annual leave record, employee tax returns…)
• Assist in bank related works and company secretarial matters
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Education: Degree in finance or accounting with a professional CPA qualification
• Experience:
• 5 years of experience in accounting or fund administration management
• Big 4 audit experience
• Skills:
• Good communication & Interpersonal skills
• Enjoy working in a small team environment
• Hands-on and independent
• Strong team player with integrity
• Proficient in Microsoft Office
• Languages: Fluency in English and Mandarin is a must (oral and written). Speaking additional Asian languages will be an advantage
• Location: the position will be based in Hong Kong
