Job Responsibilities:

• Handle full spectrum of Finance functions for the company
• Responsible to ensure smooth running of daily financial, capital, account auditing and fund management
• Perform budgeting and variance analysis, analyze and forecast the company's current and future financial condition and operating results; develop the key financial indicators; evaluate different projects’ profitability; make recommendations to decision-makers and the Board of Directors
• Manage and analyze major corporate finance projects, including divestments, M&A, debt and equity financing activities
• Establish, review and control the company’s financial policy; cash flow management; cost and expense analysis for each department
• Liaise with external professional parties such as bankers, lawyers, auditors
• Responsible for all financial report as compliance with regulation
• Provide guidance and supervision to the subsidiaries on finance, capital and risk control

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Finance, Accounting or related disciplines with relevant qualification
• At least 10 years’ relevant experience with sizable listed organization; Big4 audit background a plus.
• Excellent knowledge in financial reporting, taxation, regulations and compliance, with good sense of corporate management
• Experience in corporate finance, including cost control, cost analysis, fund raising, financing, etc.
• Outstanding project management skill; able to work independently and under pressure
• Frequent travel is required
• Good communication, presentation, analytical, coordination and execution skills
• Strong sense of confidentiality and responsibility
• Proficient in MS Office, finance / accounting software
• Good command in Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin) and English
• Immediate available is preferred
