Responsibilities
• Reconcile accounts receivable transactions and post customers payments on a timely basis;
• Follow payment and collection progress of customers by direct customer contacts through phone calls or emails;
• Prepare outstanding statements and reminders to customers;
• Coordinate with internal departments for outstanding accounts and dispute billings;
• Prepare and follow up monthly Aging Report;
• Co-ordinate with colleagues in issuing sales invoices, credit notes and consignment invoices;
• Assist in ad hoc projects.

Requirements
• 2-3 years solid experience in AR or related function;
• Have experience on managing high volume of active accounts is preferrable;
• Well-organized with good time management ability;
• Strong sense of responsibilities, self-motivation, attentiveness to details and ability to work under pressure and overtime;
• Good communication and interpersonal skills;
• Immediate availability is preferred.
