Job Responsibilities:

• Direct Report to Accounting Manager
• Manage full accounting functions and supervise small accounting team independently
• Responsible for the overall financial functions including day-to-day financial management, assist in preparing budget/forecast, cash flow management and financial analysis 
• Prepare monthly management reports timely with accuracy. Reports include full P & L , balance sheet, group reporting, cash flow status or other management analysis report with recommendation
• Provide analysis and work with channels sales managers to analyze any variations for sales, revenue, spending and profit targets from forecast;
• Develop the effective accounting policies and internal control systems to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Prepare year-end financial report and coordinate the annual Company audit;

Requirements:

• University Degree in Accounting / Finance, plus relevant professional qualifications;
• 6 – 8 years’ relevant work experience
• Experience in ERP implementation
• Strong financial analysis and reporting skills;
• Mature, Self-initiative and able to work under pressure;
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Good interpersonal skills, good team player and details oriented
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese, Knowledge of Mandarin preferred; and
• Immediate available preferred
