Job Description:

• Perform general accounting duties including payment arrangement and payable duties
• Responsible for managing the recruitment process including job posting, interview arrangements, preparing employment letter and reference check
• Carry out full secretarial and administrative support to Director
• Assist to develop and implement HR policies and procedures Handle general office administrative duties
• Assist other ad-hoc projects as assigned
  
  

Requirements:

• Diploma holder or above with 1-2 years relevant working experience
• Knowledge of HK Employment Ordinances, Labour Laws and related legislation
• Proficiency in MS Office and Chinese word processing
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Well-organized and detailed-minded
• Mature, pleasant, responsible, self-motivated, able to work independently
• Immediate available is preferred
