Responsibilities:

• Assist supervisor to formulate and enhance training system according to the development of the Group.
• Assist supervisor to organize and implement training plans through conducting survey on training needs for all China companies; utilizing internal resources and coordinating external parties.
• Prepare pre and post training data analysis reports.
• Keep good track of training materials and manage the training record update.
• Liaise with internal and external parties on training program arrangement, to schedule and coordinate the preparation of training program.
• Perform ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:

• Degree holder in related discipline
• At least 3 years relevant experience
• Proficient in MSWord, Excel & PowerPoint
• Fluent Japanese
• Excellent communication skills with logical analytical ability
• Able to work independently, passionate, strong sense of responsibility, proactive, service oriented and with good team spirit
• Occasion travel to China is required
• Immediate available is highly preferred
