Job Duties:

• Lead and execute HR and administration related functions, reports and tasks according to Company’s Policy and regulations
  
  
• Provide supervision and guidance to the HR and Administration Department in HK office and PRC factory
  
  
• Organize HR and administration events

Requirements:

• Degree holder in HR Management or Business Management preferred
  
  
• Minimum 5 years experiences in Personnel/HR related discipline, of which 2 years’ experiences in managerial level preferred
  
  
• Well versed in legal regulations of Hong Kong in HR and Administration related field e.g. Hong Kong Employment Ordinances , salary tax Issues etc.
  
  
• Knowledge in PRC labor Laws and related area is required
  
  
• Excellent communication, interpersonal and leadership skills
  
  
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English
  
  
• Computer proficiency in MS Office is a Must
  
  
• Core working place in PRC Hui Yang (1 hour travel distance from Shenzhen) .
