Job Description
Responsibilities
- Identify, design and deliver training programme
- Design, execute and evaluate training strategies in line with Company goals
- Develop and coach Training Officers, Field Trainers and frontline staff
Requirements
- Degree holder in Training and Development or related discipline
- Certified trainer of 7 Habits is highly preferred
- 5 years or above of solid experience in training field, preferably in retailing and beauty industry, with experience in soft skill and people development training
- Good knowledge of soft skills and people development training
- Detail-oriented and good time and task management skill
- Positive attitude, proactive, creative, energetic character and the ability to work both with team and independently with minimal supervision
- Familiar with MS office including PowerPoint, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
