Job Description:

According to the company development strategy and business needs, in order to fulfillTiens group expand scale, and improve company’s image. Under the internationalization development strategy, you have to plan cosmeticproducts launch and support TTT training (local & overseas). To follow company’s operation and development direction and products strategy, to maximum boost products sales as well as the profit margin.

1. Be responsible for working out global cosmetic production strategy plans, review and plan all regions and key countries’ cosmetic products, to ensure the achievement of global plan;
2. Initiate products promotion plan for global markets and create and integrated products story and selling points to global as the way of new products conference, products show and products training;
3. Searching the requirements of the new production and existing production upgrades solutions and delisting, responsible to new products launch;
4. New cosmetic products planning, positioning, propaganda making and launching;
5. Be responsibleforpopularize the listed products poster, folding, VCR andeducational ppts.
6. Complete the tasks assigned by director.

Requirements:

1. Above 8 years experiencesin cosmetic field, have related working experience in production management, training management or sales marketing managementfield;
2. Good capability of training, management and marketing sales, and excellent ability of innovation, execution and team management;
3. Good appearance and temperament, excellent communication skill;
4. Bachelor’s degree or above, in advertisement, Medicine, chemistry, business administration, marketing sales and related major, fluent in English, be familiar with office software;
5. Strong logical mind, and able to work under pressure.
6. Be good at self-management., self-motivated, good learning capacity.
