Requirements:

• MHKIS/MRICS (Building Surveying discipline), MHKIE (Structural Engineering discipline) or equivalent;
• At least 4 years working experience in building/ construction industry
• Responsible, good leadership and communication skills
• Independent and self-motivated
• Good command of English and Chinese both spoken and written
• Immediate availability will be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience and qualification can be considered as an Assistant Project Manager

Duties:

• Carry out feasibility studies and building surveying services
• Handle Alteration & Addition, Renovation and other projects related to Minor Works and Orders under BO.
• Perform contract administration from inception to completion phase including preparation of reports, tender drawings/documentations, etc.
• Conduct site inspections , attend projects and sites meetings.
