Our client is a local telecommunication organization and is presently in search of qualified candidate for the following position:

Credit Control Manager

Responsibilities:

-          Be responsible for managing the full function of credit control and settlement administration manage the settlement administration

-          Maintain communication with external business partners and other China and overseas connected companies with reference to issues in settlement and credit control

-          Monitor closely to ensure the accuracy and timely issue of all invoices

-          Continual improvement in the settlement system and conduct process re-engineering on the credit services issues

-          Manage and perform analysis on trade related Debtors and Creditors

-     Management of credit service, collection and fraud control functions

-          Be responsible for the preparation of month end closing entries for account receivables and account payables

-          Minimize bad debt, fraud loss and FORX exposure

Requirements:

-          Degree holder in accounting & finance or other related discipline

-          Qualified Accountant with minimum of 5 years working experience in telecom industry

-          Good exposure in contract reviewing is an added advantage

-          Excellent command in both spoken and written Mandarin &English

 -      Proficiency in MS Words, Excel and Access         

-            Able to work under pressure and handle with tight deadlines
