Job Description
Responsibilities:
- To oversee hotel repair and maintenance operations, participate in and ensure capital projects & works complying to statutory regulations
- To prepare the budget and control the energy, repair and maintenance costs
- To ensure all preventive maintenance be consistent and being properly executed with proper records and to ensure the effectiveness and efficiency of M&E System
- To lead the Engineering team; plan and liaise with contractors on repair and maintenance works and projects, and provide technical advice & support in daily operation
Requirements:
- Degree or Higher Diploma holder in Building Service, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering or related discipline
- Minimum of 4 years relevant experience in a managerial position, preferably in Hotel Industry
- Knowledge of all technical engineering aspects including Builder’s work, E&M, Plumbing and Heating, HVAC, ELV, energy conservations, etc.
- Electrical license Grade “B”
- Good command of spoken & written English & Chinese
- Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office
- Strong Leadership skills in managing teams to drive for results
- Less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineering Manager
