The Quality Engineer will have an important role in AHK and we are looking for a well-motivated and highly driven professional who is safety and quality oriented to fulfil this role in the Engineering Department of AHK.

Reporting to the Manager Quality Assurance, the position holder will be working with the MQA in ensuring AHK fleet’s continued airworthiness, quality assurance and compliance with AOC Part 2, IOSA and other regulatory and company requirements and standards.

Requirements

• Aircraft Maintenance License or University graduate in an engineering discipline
• At least 5 years of aircraft engineering and maintenance experience, or equivalent
• Knowledge of regulatory requirements (HKCAD, CAAC, and/or EASA) and familiarity with quality systems
• Proven experience in Quality Assurance in the aviation industry
• Good team player with excellent communication, planning, organizing, and problem-solving skills
• Proactive, collaborative, result-focused, and with good analytical and strategic thinking
• Fluent in conversational and written English
• Willing to travel to visit and audit AHK maintenance facilities in South-East Asia
• Technical experience on A300-600 and B747-400 is an advantage
