Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- Responsible the daily operations of Housekeeping & Maintenance Department.
- Monitoring the cleanliness of guest rooms and public area to ensure quality standards and service are met.
- Comply at all times with the hotel standards and regulations to encourage safe and efficient operation.
Job Requirement:
- Minimum 3 years relevant work experience in hotel industry.
- Sound knowledge in Housekeeping and Maintenance Service, including strategic planning, resource allocation and leadership technique.
- With strong communication and leadership skill
- Ability to identity indicators of performance and carry out actions needed to improve or correct performance, relative to the goats of the hotel.
- Immediate availability is preferable.
