Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Providing effective and quality IT professional service to clients
- Deliver Systems and network Security infrastructure projects and maintenance support service
- Work with presales consultant for proposal preparation
- Ensure good communication between technical team, sales and customers
- Take a leadership role to provide the project implementation and maintenance support service to customer under SLA
Requirements:
- University degree in Computing Science or related disciplines
- 3-4 years’ experience in IT industry with at least 3 years in supporting network infrastructure
- Has good knowledge in TCP/IP Networking and Routing, and LAN / WAN architecture
- Solid experience on Network Switch, Router, Firewall and IPS will be an advantage
- Certificate Holders of CCSA/CCSE/CCNA would be advantage
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
- Ability to work independently under pressure
- Self-motivated, work proactive and willing to learn new technology
- Immediately available is preferred
- Candidate with less experience will also be considered for the post of Senior Systems Engineer
