Responsibilities:

• Delivering exceptional service standards and build up a solid customer base through marketing of the individual shopping service within the store
• Promoting the various brand’s identity and to maintain the highest standards of Customer Service
• Provide one-to-one service for their VIP, offer them mix & match tips
• Tailoring the service to the customers’ needs and style
• Achieve set targets on sales to drive the success of the department
• Build great relationships with all customers
• Develop strategies to expand customer base through various sources

Requirements:

• Tertiary educated
• Passion in fashion
• Has a strong sense of style and can adapt her/his own style to suit the needs of the customers
• A good networker with the ability to build relationships
• Excellent spoken and written in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
