    Our client is a famous Japanese Service Company established on 1986. Also, our client was listed in the TSE 1st Section since 2013. They are now looking for serval C.S. Representative to expand their business.

    Job Responsibilities 

    • Manage and service the client’s customers to the defined and agreed levels of service for each project, following both the agreed processes and procedures
    • Handle inbound and outbound requests via multiple channels (phone, email, mail, etc), including handling voice mail and emails during non-operation hours.
    • Learn the brand culture and knowledge to respond with excellence service to all types of questions, through daily review of client’s news clippings, client product news and new information from boutiques, intranet or colleagues.
    • Provide an expert answer to customer’s requests
    • Handles after-sales related questions
    • Transfer calls/ emails to appropriate department as needed and follow-up to closure
    • Manage the end-to-end process of query handling, which may include liaising with internal or external departments.
    • Act as an ambassador for the brand and maintain the highest levels of customer service with accuracy and attention to detail at all times.
    • Prepare and send catalogues.
    • Proactively provide feedback to supervisor on improving operations and service levels.
    • Support and assist in the generation and completion of reports as and when required.
    • Develop strong working relationships with clients and customers.

    Requirements

    • Diploma graduated, preferably with training in Hotel, Tourism or related disciplines.
    • 3-4 years working experience in Call Centre, Customer Services, Airlines or Hospitality environment.
    • Excellent verbal, written and organizational skills; exemplary customer service skills with professionalism and a positive attitude.
    • Fluent in Mandarin, English and Japanese is a must. Fluent in Korean is an advantage.
    • Computer proficiency to include Microsoft Office.
    • Excellent computer skills including word processing excel and email.


    Package

    • Location:         Taiwan
    • Basic Salary:   TWD 40,000 – TWD 60,000
    • 15 rest days per month
    • 24 hours shifting
    • Bonus
