Responsibilities:

-       Communicate with HQ in marketing activities and complied with HQ guidelines

-       Prepare sales reports, sales forecast reports and inventory reports timely

-       Coordinate and organize marketing activities, promotional programs, event and exhibitions and advertising production

-       Control and monitor the inventory level

-       Extend PR coverage and advertising opportunities and organize PR event

-       Maintain and update marketing budget system

-       Handle customers’ complaints and enquires

-       Support wholesales function

-       Assist in divisional ad hoc projects

Requirements:

-       Degree holder

-       Minimum with 3 years’ relevant working experience

-       Experienced in handling goods replenishment and inventory management

-       Well organized, good analytical skill and can work independently

-       Good communication and presentation skills with internal and external customers

-       Proficiency in MS Word, Excel, Chinese Word Processing & Powerpoint     

-       Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
