Responsibilities:

1. Visitors promotion materials

• Assist in conceptualizing, writing, editing and producing various English- and Chinese-language marketing materials in both print and electronic formats, including:

• Direct Mails
• Flyers and brochures
• Print and online ads
• Invitation postcards and posters
• Newspaper ads and advertorials
• Outdoor materials
• Exhibition onsite items

• Effectively coordinates with own team and other departments to roll out the promotion materials in a timely manner

• Continually develops and reviews the effectiveness of various promotion activities

2. Onsite Exhibition

• Attend exhibitions to perform and monitor the visitor registration and other related activities.

3. Other

• Often performs related duties as assigned by supervisor

Requirements:

You will have excellent communication skills in English and Chinese (written and verbal). You are a cooperative team player, with a university degree preferably in Mass Communications, Marketing or Journalism.

You possess at least 2 years experience in the fields of advertising, marketing, communications, trade show or a related business-to-business environment. More experienced candidates will be considered for the Sr Marketing Executive post.

You have strong attention to detail, are creative, self-motivated, deadline-oriented, able to multi-task and work under pressure.
