Responsibilities

• Prepare sales and marketing materials, including bulletin, brochure and leaflet
• Assist in coordinating all related promotion activities such as seminars and workshops
• Responsible for updating and maintaining the corporate website
• Provide support for other areas of marketing and ad-hoc assignment as needed
• Handle general administrative work
  
  
  

Requirements

• Degree holder, preferably in Business and Marketing or related disciplines
• 1 year or above experience in sales and marketing, fresh graduate will also be considered
• Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English
• Good Putonghua is an advantage
• Strong communication, interpersonal and time management skills
• Good team player, self-initiative, hardworking, creative mind and good marketing sense
• Proficient in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing, knowledge of design is preferred
• Immediately available is highly preferred
