Lane Crawford.com is an online store with interactive content, extending the Lane Crawford experience 24/7. The ecommerce team includes specialists in digital content and design, site and production management, online trading and online technology.

Responsibilities

 

  • To develop and deliver on innovative and positive social engagement experiences considering physical & digital environments
  • To align social media strategy and plan with Marketing Strategy as well as local programme needs
  • To plan and communicate within and outside the social media team, as well as to identify and interact with agencies across all regions
  • To define, manage and continuously develop the Lane Crawford community point of view and tone through collaboration; aiming at building Lane Crawford’s reputation and community by balancing the needs of the customers and the needs of the Brands
  • - To monitor and share hot topics/ people/ keywords/ trend/ events for positioning opportunities of the Brand
  • - To identify threats and opportunities in user-generated content surrounding our brand, reporting to appropriate parties
  • To define and consistently deliver on weekly / monthly reports on social platforms engagement
  • To be a role model and provide the necessary leadership, coaching and guidance to your team to ensure commitment to achieve the Division plan and Individual Objectives

Requirements

 

  • Bachelor Degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Marketing or related field preferred 
  • Minimum 5 years experience in e-commerce and/or retail brand environment with concentration on social media platforms with a proven track record of delivering compelling content and an increase in traffic
  • Active on social media and digital-savvy
  • Ability to drive and lead change whilst working in a fast paced environment
  • Proactive and able to show initiative/ideas to constantly improve our social media presence
  • Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
  • Fluent in written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
