Our client is a high profile and strong performing listed company. To cope with their expanding business needs, they are seeking for a strategic and creative PR professional. 

This is a newly created role reporting to the functional head. Working closely with business teams, your key responsibility is to develop and drive offline and online publicity and marketing communications strategies for key markets in the region. You will be working closely with media to generate ideas and pitching creative product stories. You also have to cultivate and maintain relationship with industry key stakeholders and influencers. Your other responsibilities are but not limited to managing external agencies to implement country-wide and region-wide marketing campaigns as well as proactively identify and manage product-related issues and crises.  

The ideal candidate should be a degree holder in Communications, Journalism, Public Relations or a related discipline, with at least 8 years PR and marketing communications experience in a dynamic B2C sector like consumer technology, internet, FMCG, on country and regional levels. You are driven, self-motivated, team-oriented, and able to work with hands-on approach and can perform under pressure. Excellent interpersonal and communications skills. Fluency in spoken and written English and Chinese (including Mandarin) is mandatory. Frequent travel within the region is required.
