Job Responsibilities: 

• Design and strengthen multiple platforms to enhance user interface
• Produce scenarios, process flows, wireframes, and other artifacts required to develop and improve user experience designs
• Plan and execute technology-driven campaigns and digital marketing strategies to build brand awareness and drive customer acquisition and retention across the Group
• Design metrics to measure and evaluate customer satisfaction from user interface perspective
• Create customer loyalty program and marketing campaigns to achieve customers' acquisition
• Monitor digital activities with Mainland software development partners
• Host meetings with internal stakeholders on various digital marketing projects
• Work closely with Group IT to develop a centralized customer database for Hong Kong & Mainland projects for higher synergy and cross-border business generation

Job Requirements:

• Bachelor degree holder in Marketing & Communication, Design, e-Commerce or relevant discipline
• Minimum 5 years of experience in user experience perspective
• Proven knowledge of design trends, usability evaluation, and best practices in PRC
• Proven track records on design, implement and maintain user experience on various interfaces
• Able to inspire co-workers and partners from PRC and local team with creative vision on product / services deliveries
• Good team player and excellent communication skills, able to speak in Putonghua
• Self-motivated, organized and drive all projects via innovative approaches
