Job Responsibilities:

• Formulate corporate marketing and communications strategy to strengthen brand positioning and market share in the regions.
• Develop and implement marketing campaigns and PR events in line with the Company brands and product initiatives
• Be accountable for overall CRM planning and strategy, with focus on customer acquisition and retention, loyalty and brand awareness, data strategy and analytics.
• Monitor and control annual marketing budget for all marketing and communication activities.
• Conduct competitive strategic analysis, consumer segmentation, consumer insight development and trends
• Liaise and negotiate with different media channels on production, media arrangement and brand building
• Manage social media presence and digital programs to improve social media reputation and recognition
• Lead and provide strategic direction to the marketing team effectively to achieve desired results.

Requirements:

• University graduate in Marketing, Communications or other related disciplines
• Minimum 15 years relevant working experience with 8 years at senior managerial level
• Experience in 4A agency and retail industry is a must
• Strong media relationship, strong experience in brand building with business acumen
• Strategic thinking, creative, ability to think outside-the-box, mature
• Excellent presentation and project management skills
• Excellent in both written and spoken English and Mandarin
