Reporting to the Managing Partner, Hong Kong – the position is responsible for:

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Build up our client base through marketing and sales channels
• Explore, research and define marketing and sales channels which help prospective clients visit, learn and interact with our Hong Kong office team
• Prepare proposals, presentations and other marketing materials to increase client traffic
• Present information to parents and students in a professional manner informing them of all the products and potential services we may provide them
• Follow up with all customer inquiries in an expedient and professional manner
• Constantly ensure that we are providing all the needs of the parents and students by working with the Managing Partner and teachers, and office staff
• Help maintain and improve current client relationships through consistent communication
• Work with the Managing Partner to identify and acquire online sales funnels
• Set constant goals and meet or surpass them quarterly and annually

COMPENSATION

• $15,000-20,000+ HKD/Month depending on experience and qualifications
• Performance bonuses
• Reimbursement for expenses related to sales/marketing

QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience:

• Diploma / Associate Degree /  Business Administration or related disciplines
• At least 2 years of successful sales and/or marketing experience

Skills & Abilities:

• Excellent communication, presentation & negotiation skills
• Proactive in client management and development
• Great interpersonal communication with internal and external parties in spoken English and Chinese
• Fluent in both spoken and written English and Chinese: Conversational Mandarin will be an advantage
• Good PC knowledge
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Basic analytical skills (qualitative and quantitative)

Preferred, but more importantly, a desire to learn the following would be ideal:

• Understanding of the American school system or an ability to quickly learn new information in order to conduct sales professionally right away
• Standardized testing
• Boarding School and College Consulting
