Responsibilities:

• Provide daily onsite supports to end users, troubleshooting and perform Helpdesk function
• Responsible for installation, setup and configuration of Windows 7, Windows 2008/2012 servers and various applications
• Troubleshoot the hardware and software in PC or embedded system
• Responsible for network equipment configuration, maintenance and monitoring
• Provide technical support to clients on site or by telephone

Skills & Requirements:

• Higher diploma or above in IT or equivalent with a minimum of 1 year experience
• Knowledge of Windows 7, Windows Embedded 7, IIS, SQL Server setup and configuration
• Possess strong technical background in system administration and operation skills
• Good communication skill, and be able to work independently and under pressure
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Fluent written and spoken English and Chinese is a must
