Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing quality customer services to our clients through email and phone calls
• Provide sales administrative support to sales team
• Effectively identify customers’ needs by providing appropriate solutions
• To coordinate with internal department to provided related customer service support
• To convey customer information and feedback to operations and sales team for product review and follow-up actions
• Assist on ad hoc projects
  
  
  

Requirements:

• Certificate/ Diploma or above
• Good communication, telephone handling and interpersonal skills
• Responsible, independent and able to work under pressure
• Familiar with Chinese & English word processing and software operations, such as MS Word, Excel and Power Point
• Good command in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
