Job Description

The Job

  • Responsible for customer services;
  • Handle internal & external customers’ day-to-day enquiries;
  • Project coordination including scheduling, project activities arrangement, etc;
  • Invoicing and account follow-up.

 Qualifications and Requirements

  • F.7 + 2 years' Customer Services experience;
  • University fresh graduate is also welcomed;
  • Good spoken and written English and Mandarin;
  • Good knowledge in Microsoft Office and Chinese Word processing;
  • Excellent work efficiency and working attitude;
  • Confident, logical, outgoing, good communication and presentation skill;
  • Good team player.
