Responsibilities

• Act as a customer service officer in our Service Centre
• Handle after-sales services, customer enquiries and administrative duties in our Service Centre
• Record customers' requirements, recommend repairs & services and transfer instructions to the workshop personnel
• Prepare customer orders, estimate the cost of repair and handle invoicing
• Assist in managing the daily operation of our Service Centre to ensure the quality of service
• Working Location: Fanling / Kowloon Bay

Requirements

• F.5 or above
• Diploma/Certificate in Automotive Engineering an advantage
• 1 - 3 years of relevant experience in the motor industry
• Good communication and presentation skills
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Proficient at MS Office applications
• Self-initiated, well organized, responsible, attentive to details and able to work under pressure
• Preferred with valid driving licence # 1, 2,18
