-          Handle customer inquiries and complaints

-          Cooperate with other teams members to resolve customer’s request efficiently

-          Provide general clerical support if needed

-          Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned

Job Requirements:

-          Form 5 or above

-          1 year working experience in related field

-          Good communication in spoken & written Chinese & English

-          Self-motivated and patient with good customer service attitude

-          Active and willing to learn

-          Less experience is also preferred
