Job Description
Accounts Clerk
Key Job Responsibilities:
- Ensure accounts payable records are maintained properly and all expenses reports are done on a timely and accurately basis
- Perform day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers preparation, cheque & e-banking payments, bank reconciliation etc
- Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
- assisting with general office administrative duties and other tasks assigned
Requirements:-
- F.5 or about with LCC intermediate;
- 2-3 years accounting experience in a sizable Company with trading background preferred;
- Good PC skills, proficient in Excel is a must, with experience in using ERP will be advantage;
- Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
- Immediate available.
