Job Description

Accounts Clerk

 

Key Job Responsibilities:

 

  • Ensure accounts payable records are maintained properly and all expenses reports are done on a timely and accurately basis
  • Perform day-to-day accounting operations including vouchers preparation, cheque & e-banking payments, bank reconciliation etc
  • Assist in month-end closing and financial reporting
  • assisting with general office administrative duties and other tasks assigned

 

Requirements:-

  • F.5 or about with LCC intermediate;
  • 2-3 years accounting experience in a sizable Company with trading background preferred;
  • Good PC skills, proficient in Excel is a must, with experience in using ERP will be advantage;
  • Self-motivated, independent, proactive, responsible and able to work under pressure to meet tight deadlines;
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Immediate available.
