Job Duties:

• To perform general office work;
• To coordinate with both internal and external parties;
• To provide sales support;
• To handle other ad hoc tasks and participate in other projects whenever necessary;
• Assist in Accounts department and report to Accounting Supervisor.

Requirements:

• F. 5 or above;
• Minimum 1-2 years' working experience;
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, Powerpoint and Chinese word processing;
• Effective interpersonal, presentation and coordination skills;
• Independent, proactive, meticulous, flexible and able to work under pressure;
• Basic Accounting knowledge is preferred;
• To prepare Invoice and Quotation;
• Immediate available is an advantage
