Responsibilities:

• Handle full set of accounts and management reports independently
• Prepare monthly end closing and schedules
• Responsible for the overall financial functions including day-to-day financial management, assist in preparing budget/forecast, cash flow management and financial analysis
• Good knowledge of cost accounting in manufacturing operations is preferred
• Develop the effective accounting policies and internal control systems to improve the operational efficiency and effectiveness
• Liaise with inter-departments and PRC branch office
• PRC working experience is appreciated
• Experience in trade financing is an advantage
• Assist in other ad-hoc projects/tasks whenever necessary
• Participate in projects on process improvement and system implementation
• Identify improvement opportunities and drive best practices for delivering operational excellence

Requirements:

• 2-3 years relevant working experience is a must
• Tertiary education or equivalent; qualified accountant preferred
• Good knowledge in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
• Experience in ERP implementation
• Self-initiative, analytical and good interpersonal skills and able to work under pressure
• Willing to work overtime and meet deadlines
• Experience in business integration, process improvement and change management
