Job Responsibilities:

• Perform all reception duties and assist in office administrative work.
• Manage all secretarial duties of the direct manager including calendaring of appointments, updating contacts, and maintaining travel itineraries.
• Provide office administration support and assist Accountant to handle daily accounting tasks.
• Assist in ad hoc duties as assigned. 

Job Requirements:

• Post secondary graduate or above, preferred in accounting or other business related disciplines;
• 1 year administration experience preferred.
• Must be fluent in spoken MANDARIN, English and Cantonese.
• Excellent typing skills in Chinese and English.
• Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.
• Good communication skills, mature and strong sense of responsibility
• Highly organised, with initiative and analytical mind
