Responsibilities: 

• Recruitment cycle from screening, assessing and possibly first round interviews.
• Identify and source talent candidates based upon different job specifications.
• Participate and contribute to the creation of employment value propositions, brochures and other recruitment marketing materials.
• Understand activity within the segment that is being account managed. i.e: professional recruitment, campus recruitment or other recruitment or other recruitment goals.
• Parnter with the salesmangers to ensure a smooth handover from recruitment to on boarding.
• Partner with senior managers to appropriately evaluate and deliver orientation programs and training.
• Consistently explore new and innovative approaches that reduce recruitming cost while maintaining high quality support.

Personal Qualities:

• Experience of sourcing candidates and managing selection processes.
• Candidiate management and assessment skills, assessment or interviewing techniques.
• Experience in financial industry is preferrable.
• Holder of diploma or above.
• Minimum 2 years relevent work experience.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills.
• Good command of written and spoken English and Cantonese.
