FTI Consulting is looking for an experienced and qualified Finance Manager with 5+ years of relevant experience from the commercial/ accounting sector.  As a Finance manager, you will manage the company’s regional billing process, responsibilities include reviewing, streamlining and standardising the billing, accounts payable and accounts receivable process within our Asia Pacific regional Finance team. You will also provide coaching to junior team members and work collaboratively with the APAC regional Finance team to develop and maintain appropriate finance processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Liaise closely with internal departments to actively monitor accounts receivable and accounts payable entries, and to ensure all invoices are issued in an accurate, timely and efficient manner
• Review accounting entries and accounts reconciliations in the financial accounting system.
• Prepare cash flow forecast and cash flow/ cash management statements for management
• Ensure timely and accurate accounts receivable and collection reconciliations.
• Prepare and analyse collection reports, accounts receivable ageing reports and other reports as required.
• Respond to enquiries from, and provide guidance to, other offices in the Asia Pacific region.
• Other ad-hoc assignments or duties as required.

Key Requirements

• Have a Degree in Accountancy, preferably with professional qualifications.
• Minimum of 5 years of relevant experience from the commercial or accounting sector
• Strong written skills in English and excellent communication skills in both English and Mandarin.
• High proficiency in the Microsoft Office suite of applications.
• Self-motivated, proactive and thorough; able to work independently.
• Strong analytical and management reporting skills.
• Meticulous with excellent attention to detail.
• Occasional travel within Asia Pacific will be required.
