Responsibilities: 

• Handle daily accounting, including data-entry, vouchers, book-keeping & full sets of accounts independently  
• Responsible in month-end and year –end closing
• Prepare interim review and annual audit schedules
• Prepare vouchers and payment arrangements 
• Issue cheques and monitor cheque register 
• Issue invoices & receives to customers
• Maintain efficient filing of accounting records
• Assist in stock management & responsible wine-cellar stock taking of every month
• Prepare monthly bank reconciliation statements and support analysis 
• Assist ad-hoc assignment as required
• Routine Administrative work

Requirements:

• F.5 or above 
• Diploma / LCCI 2nd level or above 
• at least 5 years experiences in accounting field & experience in trading or shipping company will be advantages
• Good commands on Cantonese and English, basic Mandarin will be an advantage
• Proficiency in using MS Word, Excel & Chinese Word, knowledge of DacEasy / MYOB accounting software is preferred. 
• Mature, responsible, self-initiative with good inter-personal skill and able to work independently
