Core Responsibilities:

• Perform daily accounting activities
• Prepare timely billings, month end closing and statement of accounts for vessel accounts
• Ensure compliance with internal financial guidelines and owners’ requirements
• Maintain close monitor on budget control
• Assist in other ad hoc assignments as required

Requirements:

• Diploma holder in Accounting or related discipline
• 1 years relevant working experience, some working experience in ship management industry or international office environment is an advantage
• Good team player, meticulous and detail-minded
• Self-motivated, responsible and hard working
• Good command of both spoken and written English
• Proficient in MS Office applications, especially in MS Excel

 (Candidate with more experience will be considered as an Assistant Officer)
